Technical Project Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Set up testing environments for quality control (install and configure programs on test servers and monitor program operation)
- Participate in testing application releases and problem resolution
- Develop SQL scripts to validate test results by direct queries against test databases
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments
- Work on special projects developing SQL scripts to manipulate customer databases
- Provide input on system design and functionality
Requirements/Experience, Education:
- Minimum two-year technical degree
- Must be able to multi-task; managing multiple projects concurrently
- Attention to detail and task oriented
- Five+ years technical experience
- Software skills include SQL 2005 and Microsoft Office Products
- Business application skills with a background in Supply Chain and Healthcare Applications would be a plus

SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:
- Research, troubleshoot and analyze customer software issues through telephone, on-call and on-line support
- Work with technical support staff to resolve technical problems and test software fixes
- Communicate with customers to keep them informed of reported problem status
Requirements/Experience, Education:
- Accounting degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Must have experience in managing multiple tasks with a high level of customer satisfaction
- Possess demonstrated creative, critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of inventory, distribution, warehouse management and purchasing in the healthcare industry required
- Financial accounting, general ledger, accounts payable, reconciliation a plus
